The Secretary of VITW-CDC is Rashonda Moore. Rashonda is a member of Promise Land Christian Community Church. Rashonda attended Howard University where she studied Architecture and Purdue University, earning an Associates of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management.  She works in her field of study as a Project Manager and is co-owner of CRM Indy.

Rashonda Moore serves as President of the "Voices of Promise" Choir and is also a faithful member of the Promise Land Christian Community Church's Praise Team, "The Voices of Praise". Rashonda grew up at the church and has been a committed member for over twenty years.

Rashonda attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. where she studied Architecture and Purdue University, earning an Associates of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. She works in her field of studay as a Project Manager and has worked on many projects such as the Riley Children's Hospitals' Outpatient Center in Indianapolis, IN, and the new Busch Stadium for the Major League Baseball team, the Saint Louis Cardinals in St. Louis, MO.

Rashonda loves her work but more importantly loves serving God and helping others. Possessing a sweet and gentle spirit, Rashonda always has a kind word for everyone. She is very family oriented and especially loves spending time with her nieces and nephew. Her one desire is that people would see that God is first in her life and to see His presence around her and in her.
